In communities across Colorado's mountain region, lasting progress depends on people who are willing to lead with integrity, build trust, engage respectfully across differences, and work collaboratively to address shared challenges.

Join Colorado Mountain College's Center for Civics Education & Engagement, Hurst Leaders Forum, and Keystone Policy Center for an interactive workshop focused on ethical leadership, public service, and civic engagement.

Designed for students, educators, nonprofit professionals, business leaders, elected officials, public servants, and engaged community members, this event will explore what effective civic leadership looks like in practice and how individuals can make meaningful contributions to their communities.

Participants will hear from respected regional leaders, engage in facilitated discussion, and gain practical insights into:

 ~ Building trust and civic responsibility

 ~ Strengthening communities through service

 ~ Leading across different perspectives
